Welcome to Mill Farm we are situated just south of Exeter, on the Powderham estate between Exminster and Kenton.
Mill Farm is surrounded by green fields, grazing horses, rolling Devon hills and meandering waterways. Mill Farm is easy to find!! br / br / br / br / We offer very comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation with five well appointed en-suite bedrooms. We also offer good parking and there are many excellent local pubs and restaurants to discover. Although we are on a very regular bus service we recommend you come by car. br / br / br / br / This is a fantastic location for anyone who prefers to be slightly in the countryside, yet still with all the advantages of nearby Exeter (with its history, great shopping and huge choice of restaurants), many fabulous beaches and also stunning Dartmoor on their doorstep. We are also handy for Powderham Castle (noted for its wonderful tours and concerts) and Exeter Westpoint. br / br / br / br / We are also great for the business guest with wireless broadband available and Exeter Airport, Marsh Barton, Sowton, Sandy Park all within easy access.

M5 JUNCTION 30 - Road: M5 - get off junction 30 take A379 to Dawlish - follow signs until you get on that road - bypass Exminster - come to mini roundabout by Swans Nest pub - go straight across Mill Farm Bed and Breakfast 1.75 miles on right. br/ br/ Starcross Station - Train: Call taxi Pancars 07714 558043 road to dangerous to walk. br/ br/ Exeter Airport - Air: Get taxi from Airport or if you have a hire vehicle pick up signs for A379 to Dawlish - by pass Exminster come to mini roundabout by Swans Nest go straight across Mill Farm Bed and Breakfast 1.75 miles on right. br/ br/ Exeter Coach Station - Coach: Pick up 85 or 85a BUS from bus terminal which is behind coach station they run very regularly get off in Kenton and phone me and I will pick you up from bus stop if you let me have notice off your arrival time. br/ br/ Exeter bus station - Bus: Get 85 or 85A to Kenton - they run very regularly - with prior notice I will pick you up from Kenton bus stop.
