When approaching Sidmouth on the A3052 from either Exeter or Lyme Regis as you approach Sidford you need to turn into Harcombe Lane East just before or just after the Blue Ball Inn and continue along this country lane for approximately 0.8 of a mile when the stone pillared entrance to Buckley Farmhouse will be found on the right hand side. If you are approaching Sidmouth from the Honition direction on the A375, when you enter the village of Sidbury proceed through the village until you have past the church on your left hand side when you will need to turn left into Bridge Street and follow the road over the little bridge and then turn immediately right into Deepway, follow this road until you come to a T-junction just past the cemetery, turn right and the entrance to Buckley Farmhouse will be found on the left hand side.
