FROM the M5 at EXETER. Leave motor way at junction 30 and take the A3052 to Sidmouth. 8 miles on and you will come to Newton-Poppleford. At mini roundabout continue on the A3052 to Sidmouth. Continue on this road for a further 4 miles to Sidford, do not take any of the turnings on your right for Sidmouth. You will arrive at traffic lights and you are now in Sidford. Continue through lights, you are now in Church Street passing the Spar Shop on your right take next turning right into Warrens Mead and next left into Byes Lane. Car Park for Farmhouse cottage is at the top of this lane through five bar gate on your left. From EXETER AIRPORT Turn left out of airport and continue down this road 1 mile to junction at Halfway House Inn turn left onto A3052 to Sidmouth. Continue on this road for 2 miles to mini roundabout continue on the A3052 for a further 4 miles arriving at traffic lights and you are now in Sidford. Continue through lights into church Street passing the Spar Shop on your right take next right turn into warrens mead and then next left into Byes lane at top of lane is car park for Farmhouse Cottage on your left. FROM A30 Honiton: Leave the A30 onto A375 signposted to Sidmouth. Follow the road for seven miles passing through village of Sidbury until you reach traffic lights at Sidford. Turn left you are now in Church Street. You will pass the Spar shop immediately on your right take next turning right into Warrens mead and next left into Byes Lane at the top of the lane on your left is car park for Farmhouse cottage. Bus Station EXETER. Take X53, X52 or Seaton/Axminister Bus. Journey taking approx 30 mins. Bus stop is situated outside Sidford Chemist. You are now in Church Street. Farmhouse cottage is 200yards down this road on the right just before Church which is on left.
